At age 18 he won an audition along with five others out of 2,500 teen contestants and performed for Gaylord Entertainment for a while.      He has been entertaining fans for 13 years in the Lewis Clark Valley as well as in Branson, Mo. and Nashville, Tenn. Lonesome Dove is comprised of Verena (daughter of musician Terry Raff) on bass and Threewit on banjo and mandolin.
